I am an interdisciplinary artist using photography, alternative processes (cyanotype) and mixed media encaustics on handmade or manufactured paper. A collector of images, an assembler and arranger of mediums and materials, I mix and connect them. Also interested in poetry and bookmaking, I have written and illustrated, designed and printed, handmade books that feature my art and poetry.

My work is experiential, based on sensory experiences. It explores the interplay of light and darkness, translucency and textures through images of faces, hands, bodies, bark and leaves. I strive to express notions of time, identity, sensuality, memory, mortality, renewal and transformation that imbue my liminal worlds.
